The Board of Directors of PledPharma AB (publ) (“PledPharma” or the “Company”) has prepared a prospectus for the purpose of the rights issue, which was announced on 20 October 2016.


The prospectus has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen).
