The announced sale on DLH Sverige AB's property in Hässleholm and the majority of the company's Swedish operations to Moelven Wood AB has today been completed.
Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S continues as previously announced to serve a number of customers in Sweden through the central warehouse, logistics and purchasing function in Denmark.
Divestment of the Swedish activities is not expected to affect Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S expected results for 2016.
Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S will now repay all its debts to banks and then have a cash reserve of approximately DKK 15 million.
