As a result, the total number of shares in NIBE has increased by 455,544 shares of class B, corresponding to 455,544 votes.
As of November 30, 2016, the number of shares in NIBE amount to a total of 504,016,622, of which 59,132,590 shares of class A and 444,884,032 shares of class B. The number of votes in NIBE amounts, as per the same date, to a total of 1,036,209,932 votes.
