Den 6 september 2016 observationsnoterades aktierna i Arcam AB mot bakgrund av att GE Sweden Holdings AB samma dag offentliggjort ett pressmeddelande med information om ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Arcam AB. Den 2 december 2016 offentliggjorde GE Sweden Holdings AB ett pressmeddelande med information om utfallet i det offentliga uppköpserbjudandet.
Med anledning av ovanstående har Nasdaq Stockholm AB beslutat att observationsnoteringen för aktierna i Arcam AB (ARCM, ISIN-kod SE0005676160, orderboks-ID 88584) ska tas bort fr.o.m. i dag den 7 december 2016.
On September 6, 2016, the shares in Arcam AB were given observation status with reference to a press release published the same day by GE Sweden Holdings AB with information about a public offer to the shareholders in Arcam AB. On December 2, 2016, GE Sweden Holdings AB published a press release with information about the outcome of the public offer.
With reference to the above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB has decided that the observation status for the shares in Arcam AB (ARCM, ISIN code SE0005676160, order books ID 88584) shall be removed with effect as of today, December 7, 2016.
