(OTCQB:IMMD) (“Immudyne” or the “Company”), a leader in the development and marketing of OTC health and wellness products addressing large unmet needs, today announced that a Definitive Agreement has been reached with Dr. Lilliana Ramirez to endorse and assist with the development of a new line of skincare products based on Immudyne’s proprietary Yeast Beta Glucan ingredient. The brand, Inate MD, will be launched nationally January 1, 2017.
Dr. Lilliana Ramirez is a practicing, board certified dermatologist with a distinguished track record in medicine and academics. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico and has received many awards for both her research and the practice of medicine.
