Further to TDC A/S' announcement on 8 December 2016, TDC A/S has today announced the final results and pricing of its invitations to holders of its outstanding (i) EUR 800m 4.375 per cent. Notes due 2018 (the "2018 Notes") and (ii) GBP 550m 5.625 per cent. Notes due 2023 (the "2023 Notes") to tender such Notes for purchase by TDC A/S for cash.
The final results and pricing are set forth in TDC A/S' stock exchange announcement of today (only available in English) to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange published on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s website at www.bourse.lu. This announcement must be read in conjunction with said stock exchange announcement to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The repurchased notes are nominal EUR 200m of the 2018 Notes and nominal GBP 125m of the 2023 Notes (for the 2023 Notes corresponding to a EUR equivalent amount of EUR 150m).
The total nominal amount of repurchased notes corresponds to a EUR equivalent of EUR 350m and the total cash price is EUR 394m. The repurchased notes will be cancelled.
The outstanding nominal amount on the 2018 Notes will hereafter be EUR 600m and the outstanding nominal amount on the 2018 Notes will hereafter be GBP 425m.
This announcement will not affect TDC’s Guidance for 2016, which was announced on 2 November 2016 in connection with the announcement of TDC´s interim Financial Report January-September 2016
