ALSO to launch vertical cloud services with DocuSign in Europe

EMMEN, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwired - Dec. 15, 2016) - ALSO (SIX:ALSN) is expanding its Cloud Marketplace offering with DocuSign's vertical Digital Transaction Management (DTM) and eSignature cloud services. ALSO will introduce these widely used cloud services for making every agreement fully digital with seamless, automated delivery. Simultaneously, ALSO is also adopting DocuSign for internal use.

DocuSign changes how business gets done by digitizing paperwork, empowering anyone to transact anytime, anywhere, on any device securely. With DocuSign, organizations of any size, industry and geography can eliminate the hassles, costs and lack of compliance inherent in printing, faxing, scanning and overnighting paper documents to transact business. DocuSign is the fastest, easiest, most reliable way to make every agreement 100% digital to keep life and business moving forward.

"Companies in both SMB and Enterprise segments face the challenge to build an integrated yet efficient, secure and scalable digital signature solution. With global standard for Digital Transaction Management and eSignature DocuSign, these companies benefit from a fully automated service without compromise in the areas of security, data sovereignty or compliance. This offering helps our channel partners to be the first to offer complete and seamless digital signature solutions to their customers," said Gustavo Möller-Hergt, CEO of ALSO Holding AG.

"DocuSign is used by more than 250,000 companies and more than 100 million users across 188 countries to complete nearly one million transactions every day. Signing documents error-free in minutes accelerates cycle time to results, helping companies realize revenues more quickly while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. We're excited to welcome ALSO to the DocuSign Global Trust Network to extend the power of Digital Transaction Management to more organizations across Europe via their leading B2B marketplace and channel partners," said Mark Register, SVP of Business Development and Channels at DocuSign.

DocuSign automatically pulls and updates information in existing business systems to eliminate manual re-keying of data and associated errors. Ultimately, it curbs processing costs by reducing the time that employees spend preparing, sending, tracking, reconciling and handling documents so they can spend more time on what matters most: customers and their success.

DocuSign services will become available in all ALSO countries in December 2016.
