CORRECTING and REPLACING – Edgewater Sets Record Date for Proposed Consent Solicitation


WAKEFIELD, Mass., Jan. 03, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In a release issued under the same headline earlier today by Edgewater Technology (Nasdaq:EDGW), an incorrect company name appeared twice in the Additional Information paragraph. The proposals are Ancora proposals, not Lone Star proposals as previously stated. The corrected release follows:
