Rīga, 2017-01-20 08:05 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC „Telekom Baltija”, whose shareholder is JSC „Baltic Telekom”, hereby informs that Venta Global Limited, represented by Mr. Nikolai Storozhev who is also a Baltic representative of a leading telecommunications company Lanck Telecom www.lancktele.com, has bought 265 676 company shares, which makes 80.1% of the total JSC „Telekom Baltija” shares amount.
The remaining shares are still owned by JSC "Baltic Telekom". “Both companies intend to work closely together to enhance the value of business and bring better service and products to its clients”, said Gene Zolotarev, Board Member of JSC “Baltic Telekom”.
