MRI Interventions Selects Pacific Mercantile Bank as its Primary Banking Relationship


COSTA MESA, Calif., Feb. 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Mercantile Bank (“the Bank”), the wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (NASDAQ:PMBC), today announced that it has been selected as the primary banking relationship for MRI Interventions, Inc.  MRI Interventions has moved its full deposit relationship to Pacific Mercantile Bank and will utilize a full suite of the Bank’s depository products and cash management services.

Based in Irvine, MRI Interventions (OTCQB:MRIC) is a medical device company that develops and commercializes innovative platforms for performing minimally invasive surgical procedures in the brain.  MRI Interventions’ ClearPoint® System, which has received 510(k) clearance and is CE marked, utilizes a hospital’s existing diagnostic or intraoperative MRI suite to enable a range of minimally invasive procedures in the brain.
