SIA "LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)" informs that after takeover bid it will own 668 987 shares of AS "LATVIJAS TILTI" that constitudes 100% of AS "LATVIJAS TILTI" share capital and the total number of shares with voting rights.
