Memphis, TN, Feb. 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Minglewood Hall, a state-of-the art live performance venue located in Memphis, TN, and VNUE, Inc. (OTC: VNUE) announced today that they have come together for the live music technology company’s first official accredited venue partnership.
Through the partnership with Minglewood Hall, VNUE will produce live recordings in cooperation with artists who perform there and who elect to take part in the program. There is no cost to the bands; net revenue will be evenly shared between VNUE, Minglewood Hall, and the artist. Downloads of the live recordings will be made available to fans as they leave the show, before they even get to their cars, via the VNUE mobile app. Minglewood Hall is a modern 13,000 square foot facility with a capacity of 1600, as well as a smaller 400 capacity room.
This new live music merch opportunity will be available in the spring, when VNUE launches its new app platform. Through its strategic relationship with DiscLive, the pioneer in the space of “instant” recording, VNUE will also offers fans the chance to purchase that night’s show on a limited edition CD set or USB drive they can take home that night.

The VNUE app will be available on the Apple app store and Google play in spring 2017. Any limited edition CDs sets will go on sale in advance of shows that will be recorded, available by clicking through www.minglewoodhall.com or directly on www.disclivenetwork.com. Since these are limited edition releases, once they are sold out, there will never be any more produced – so these will true collectors’ items. In most cases, fans may reserve their copy to be picked up at the show, and anyone around the world can have it shipped home directly to them.
