Dubeni, Grobina parish, Grobina district, LV-3438, 2017-03-06 15:54 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- JSC "Grobina" management informs that The Liepaja Court, with 3d of March 2017 decision, has approved amendments to JSC “Grobina”, Reg. No. 40003017297, legal protection process plan.
Additional we are explaining, that as already JSC "Grobina" management has informed before, for 2016/2017 growing season JSC "Grobina" attracted funding fur babies fattening from Finland, from auction house Saga Furs, signing of appropriate agreements in 8th of August, 2016.. As the amount of funding, the procedure of costs and rules are different, as it was specified in JSC "Grobiņa" legal protection plan (drawn up on 17th of May 2016 the and approved by the Liepaja Court ruling of 29th of June 2016), the JSC "Grobiņa" established amendments in JSC "Grobina" legal protection plan, amending and expressing in new redaction the money flow forecast for 2016 -2018, as well in annexes No. 2, No. 4, No. 6 and No. 8 set the secured creditors and the tax payment schedule as well as expressing legal protection plan chapters No. 6, No.7, No. 14 and No. 17 in new edition. It should be noted that all creditors whose payment schedules were changed, e.g. JSC "Citadele banka" and tax administrations, have confirmed JSC "Grobina" amendments of legal protection plan. Based on all this, JSC "Grobina" is continuing its economic activity in accordance with the approved amendments of legal process plan actions.
