(NASDAQ:LE) today announced the election to the Lands’ End board of directors of Robert Bowman, President of Business and Media of Major League Baseball and Chief Executive Officer of Major League Baseball Advanced Media, the Internet and interactive media unit of Major League Baseball.

Prior to joining Major League Baseball in November 2000, Mr. Bowman held several senior management positions at ITT Corporation, including President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bowman served for eight years as Treasurer of the State of Michigan.
Mr. Bowman’s election increases the number of Lands’ End directors to eight.
