Company announcement about the Audit Committee

Valmieras stikla šķiedra JSC informs that Florian Krome, Chairman of the Audit Committee, has provided a notice on leaving the position of the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

We inform that, according to the provisions under Article 55⁷.9 of the Financial Instruments Market Law, Valmieras stikla šķiedra JSC will ensure the re-election of the composition of the Audit Committee within three months of the day of this Announcement.
