Markets Impacted:      OMX STO Convertibles and First North Convertibles STO

Products Impacted:     Nordic Equity Income Products and Nordic Fixed Income Products

What you need to know:

As earlier communicated in IT-notice  Nasdaq Nordic has decided to migrate all Convertible bonds currently traded in INET Nordic trading system to Genium INET to be MiFID II compliant. The last day of trading in INET will be Friday October 27, 2017.

This migration will have an impact to convertibles data in GCF and changes will be mandatory for all customers receiving convertible bond data. Changes in GCF take place at the same time as in the source systems.

As a consequence of the move from INET to Genium INET the Swedish Convertibles bonds will move from the Nordic Equity Data to Nordic Fixed Income.

What do I need to do to keep receiving the Swedish convertible bond data:

If you are subscribing to Nordic Fixed Income data today you will automatically get the Swedish convertible bonds added to you GCF feed from October 30, 2017. If you are not subscribing to the Nordic Fixed Income data you will no longer get these instruments, please contact your Sales representative or datasales@nasdaq.com if you want to receive these instruments in your GCF feed after October 30, 2017.

Time Schedule

  • GCF TST4 – March 6, 2017
  • GCF Production – October 30, 2017

Details of the GCF impact:

  • GCF instrument id for the convertibles will remain in production. However, this will not be the case in the beginning of testing (which begins before the full migration takes place in the test source systems)
