(NASDAQ:ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign™ group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, home health care, hospice care and assisted living companies, announced today that it acquired the operations of Desert View Senior Living, a 100-unit assisted living and memory care facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, subject to a long-term lease. The acquisition was effective March 17, 2017.

He added that Desert View had an occupancy rate of approximately 45% at acquisition.
This acquisition brings Ensign's growing portfolio to 212 healthcare facilities, twenty hospice agencies, seventeen home health agencies and three home care businesses across fourteen states.
