Efore Plc has prematurely repaid the EUR 2 million loan granted by Jussi Capital Oy, which belongs to the related parties of the Company. The loan was drawn on January 2, 2017 and it was due on June 30, 2017. The credit arrangement was conducted on market equivalent terms and in line with the interests of the business perspectives of the Group.
This loan arrangement was described in the stock exchange releases published on December 21, 2016 and February 15, 2017.
