Reykjavík, 2017-04-03 16:21 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today Orkuveita Reykjavíkur‘s (OR; Reykjavík Energy) annual general meeting was held. The attached reports were presented at the meeting; OR Annual Report 2016, OR Environmental Report 2016, and annual financial statements 2016, published March 7th 2017.
These will be on OR’s Board of Directors: Brynhildur Davídsdóttir, chairperson, Gylfi Magnússon, vice-chair, Sigrídur Rut Júlíusdóttir, Kjartan Magnússon, Áslaug Fridriksdóttir and Rakel Óskarsdóttir. Attending representative is Björn Bjarki Thorsteinsson. Orkuveita Reykjavíkur‘s general meeting also resolved to pay a dividend of ISK 750 million, provided that the company‘s financial dividends conditions be met, before and after the payment.
