Vilnius, Lithuania, 2017-04-04 11:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board meeting of AB Grigeo Grigiškės on 31 of March, 2017 decided to present to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Grigeo Grigiškės which is to be held on 25 of April, 2017, project of appropriation of the Company’s profit for the year 2016, in which Board of the Company proposes to pay the dividends of 0.04 EUR per share, in total 2 628 000 EUR, two times more than last year.
