Componenta Corporation Stock Exchange Release on 4.4.2017 at 15.00
The District Court of Helsinki has today given interim decisions relating to the draft restructuring programmes of Componenta Corporation and Componenta Finland Ltd. The District Court has decided to continue processing the draft restructuring programmes filed by the administrator on 30 March 2017.
The District Court ruled that the creditors shall present their claims regarding the receivables listed in the draft restructuring programmes to the administrator by 2 May 2017. The creditors will thereafter still have the possibility to give a written statement on the draft programmes. The statements need to be delivered to the District Court of Helsinki by 18 May 2017.
