HONKARAKENNE STRENGTHENS ITS EXECUTIVE GROUP AND DEFINES AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF EXECUTIVE GROUP MEMBERS

Honkarakenne strengthens its executive group and appoints three new members to the executive group as of 6 April 2017.

Honkarakenne’s Financial Controller Leena Aalto (50) has been appointed as Honkarakenne Group’s Vice President – Finance, CFO and member of the executive group as of 6 April 2017. Aalto has been working as Group’s Financial Controller since year 2012 and her area of responsibility has been financial accounting of the Group. In her new position Aalto is responsible for finance and human resource functions.

Honkarakenne’s Production Manager Jari Fröberg (48) has been appointed as Vice President – Production and member of the executive group as of 6 April 2017. Fröberg has been working as Group’s Production Manager since 2016 and his area of responsibility has been production in Karstula Mill. In his new position Fröberg will be responsible for production, purchases and logistics.

Jari Noppa (58) has been appointed as Vice President – Consumer Business, Finland and member of the executive group as of 6 April 2017. Honkarakenne and Noppa cooperation started late 2015 targeting in the growth of Finnish consumer business and in improving profitability. In his new position Noppa will be responsible for Finnish consumer business, the development and profitability of it. Finnish consumer business includes holiday, detached houses and construction services product categories.

Vice President – Design Tanja Rytkönen (45) will continue as a member of the executive group being responsible for design, collections, layouts and R&D. In addition, Rytkönen is responsible for public construction such as building of healthy day care centers, schools and care facilities.
