OMA announces dividend to be proposed to its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting


MONTERREY, Mexico, April 07, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), today announced that its Board of Directors will propose to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 28, 2017 the declaration and payment of a cash dividend of Ps. 1,600 million, or Ps. 4.00 per share, to be paid in a single installment no later than May 31, 2017.
