The Company’s acquired shares of Uždaroji akcinė bendrovė "Gotija" comprise 9,5% of all issued shares and together with the Company’s currently owned 90,5% shares’ package constitute 100% of the authorized capital of Uždaroji akcinė bendrovė "Gotija" and grant all 19 000 votes at the General Shareholders Meetings.
