AMSTERDAM, 18 April 2017 - YPO, the premier chief executive leadership organization in the world, hosted more than 100 chief executives from around the world in Amsterdam, Netherlands, for EuroConnect, YPO's largest annual event in Europe.
EuroConnect brought business leaders together with bold innovators, thought leaders, creators and visionaries who are providing new perspectives, insights, ideas and inspiration that are changing the world. Developed around three topics: "Arts & Culture," "Creative Leadership" and "City Jungle," EuroConnect 2017 focused on business innovation and leadership in Europe offering YPO members a dynamic environment to exchange ideas and engage with their peers.
This impactful event, chaired by Joost Goderie, chief executive of RBCIF, and Hans van Willige, chief executive of Bron Jewelry, featured speakers and storytellers such as Rembrandt specialist Koos de Wilt and Menno van Dijk, Founder of THNK, School for Creative Leadership. EuroConnect 2017 mixed larger keynote sessions with more intimate breakout sessions, offering participants opportunities for experiential learning and dialogue while enjoying the cultural value of Amsterdam.

Previous EuroConnect events have been held in Madrid, Lisbon, Warsaw and Berlin. "Amsterdam was chosen as the location for EuroConnect 2017 because of its role as a creative innovation hub in Europe, with new and disruptive business models," added Hans Van Willige. "YPO members from diverse backgrounds and geographies left Amsterdam inspired and committed to the principals of idea exchange, inclusiveness and collaboration towards achieving a more prosperous and equitable future."
