On 10 April 2017, JSC “Baltic Telekom” has signed an agreement with “Venta Global Limited” represented by Mr. Nikolay Storozhev to sell its 66 114 share stake in JSC “Telekom Baltija” that constitutes 19.9% of JSC “Telekom Baltija” share capital.
According to the not audited Annual Report 2016 of JSC “Telekom Baltija” released on 10 April 2017, the shares have nominal value of EUR 1.40 per share.
The amount of cash consideration is EUR 85 287.06 expected to be received by 18 April 2017.
The companies also discussed preliminary cooperation on strategic partnership in acquiring Baltic telecommunication assets. JSC “Baltic Telekom” is in early stage discussions with small telecommunication, data, content providers and media sector representatives in Baltics with intent to acquire minority stakes and use our telecommunication and market expertise to grow their businesses.
