Huawei, one of the world's leading telecommunications providers, has expanded its lease at Arcs en Seine by doubling the space it occupies to 11,700 sq.m, for a minimum lease term of six years.
The Arcs en Seine office complex is ideally located on the banks of the Seine in the heart of the TMT Valley in Boulogne-Billancourt and offers tenants an excellent business base, outstanding visibility and a range of top rated amenities.
The Group's overall occupancy rate was 91.5% at March 31, 2017.
At the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on April 20, 2017, shareholders approved the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016 and the payment of a 2016 dividend of €2.10 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 13, 2017.
