Share subscription with and listing of CapMan 2013 B stock options

The share subscription period for stock options 2013 B will commence on 1 May 2017 and end on 30 April 2019. Each stock option entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) share in CapMan Plc. Payment of shares shall be effected on subscription. The share subscription price amounts to EUR 0.94. The amount of the dividend decided before share subscription will be deducted from the share subscription price as per the dividend record date. The subscription price of the shares shall, however, always amount to at least EUR 0.01. A total of 1,410,000 stock options 2013B have been issued.

The Board of Directors of CapMan Plc has decided that stock options 2013 B issued in the Finnish book-entry system will be listed on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki as of 2 May 2017. New shares subscribed with stock options 2013 B will be listed as additional lots of CapMan Plc shares on the main list of Nasdaq Helsinki together with the old shares after the share capital increase has been registered.

The Board of Directors of CapMan Plc has also decided that subscriptions shall be made by paying the subscription price and that Evli Bank Plc, Aleksanterinkatu 19 A, 00100 Helsinki, Finland shall act as the subscription place.

Listing schedule for shares subscribed with stock options 2013 A and 2013 B in 2017:

-             Shares subscribed by 7 September 2017, including this day, will be listed on or about 5 October 2017.
-             Shares subscribed by 30 November 2017, including this day, will be listed on or about 28 December 2017.
