S-BANK’S MARKET MAKING AGREEMENT FOR HONKARAKENNE SHARES WILL BE TERMINATED
S-Bank Ltd will terminate offering of liquidity providing services and S-Bank has terminated the market making agreement for Honkarakenne Oyj’s shares as of May 31, 2017.
S-Bank has been the liquidity provider for Honkarakenne’s shares from the beginning of agreement dated March 1, 2016. As a result of S-Bank’s liquidity providing services termination, there will no longer be liquidity providing services for Honkarakenne shares as of May 31, 2017.
The company’s view is that the liquidity of the share is sufficient without the liquidity provider.
