This statement is provided in pursuance of section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act to inform the market that Alm. Brand A/S as of today holds 2,855,340 treasury shares with a nominal value of DKK 10 each, for a total nominal amount of DKK 28,553,400, equivalent to 1.7% of the company’s aggregate share capital.
The lower proportion of treasury shares held is a consequence of the capital reduction in Alm. Brand A/S resolved effective from 26 April 2017.
The last report on ownership interest of Alm. Brand A/S and subsidiaries was made to the stock exchange on 24 April 2017, at which date the ownership interest was 10,772,552 shares, equivalent to 6.2% of the share capital.
