Nasdaq Riga decided on April 28, 2017 to apply observation status to AS "Reverta" bonds (PRXBFLOT18A, ISIN code: LV0000800696).
Observation status will be applied according to Nasdaq Riga Listing and Disclosure rules Article 20.1.2, Subarticle 7, which stipulates that the Issuer shall be placed on observation list if in the next 6 months it is planned to perform activities in the result of which the financial instruments of the Issuer would be delisted.
On April 28, 2017 AS "Reverta" published announcement about convocation of company’s annual general shareholders meeting to take place on May 29, 2017. During the annual general meeting it is planned to take a decision on the termination of AS “Reverta” operations. Thus in the result of termination of AS “Reverta” operations its 53 500 bonds with total nominal value of 5 350 000 EUR are going to be delisted from the regulated market before the maturity.
The purpose of applying observation status is to alert the market participants.
