On 28 April 2017 Klaipėdos Nafta AB (hereinafter, the “Company”) has concluded the Credit Agreement (hereinafter, the “Loan contract”) with the Nordic Investment Bank (hereinafter, the “NIB”) regarding granting the credit of up to EUR 20 400 00 (twenty million four hundred thousand) euros to finance liquefied natural gas reloading station’s and the 1st stage of Klaipėda oil terminal expansion projects.
According to the Loan contract, the loan amount should be repaid in the latter half of the year 2031, interest: floating, which consist of floating interest rate component (6 month Euribor) and the margin of 1.20%. Obligations under the Loan contract are not secured by any mortgage on the assets of the Company.
