Utena, Lithuania, 2017-05-03 09:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The general shareholders meeting of Utenos Trikotažas AB, which took place on 26 April 2017, elected Gintautas Rudis, Algirdas Šabūnas, Vytautas Vaškys and Giedrius Grondskis to the Board for the new 4 (four) years term of office. Gintautas Rudis was elected as a Chairman of the Board at the Board meeting on 2 May 2017.
