AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ has received notification from Vilnius County Court, by which company was informed that minority shareholder contests price of mandatory purchase of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ shares (which is 0,432 euro per share) which was performed by Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits (hereinafter – MBWS) and claims to set fair price of mandatory purchase of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ shares.
Mandatory purchase of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ shares was not suspended, for this reason it is treated as finished. During mandatory purchase MBWS acquired totally 259 901 shares of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ and currently controls 24 140 335 shares of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“ (16 668 632 of which controls through Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits Polska sp z o o), which constitutes 98,9% of all shares of AB „Vilniaus degtinė“.
