MKS Instruments Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend


ANDOVER, Mass., May 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MKS Instruments, Inc. (NASDAQ:MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share, payable on June 9, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 29, 2017.  

Future dividend declarations, as well as the record and payment dates for such dividends, are subject to the final determination of the company's Board of Directors.
