LOS ANGELES, May 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hope Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ:HOPE), the holding company of Bank of Hope, today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. The Company did not report any material changes to its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016 in its Annual Report on Form 10-K from those previously reported in the Company’s January 24, 2017 press release.
