(NYSE MKT:XTNT), a leader in the development of regenerative medicine products and medical devices, today announced that its board of directors has rescheduled the Company's annual meeting of stockholders, originally scheduled for June 21, 2017, to a later date, as the Company continues to evaluate its strategic alternatives. The Company will announce a new annual meeting date and record date when they are determined by the board of directors, and will subsequently file and mail proxy materials as required.
