Hereby AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” acknowledged that in its possession there is no information on submission of any applications regarding to insolvency of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”, as well as disclaims it and considers the information published in the newspaper Dienas Bizness as false regarding the proceedings of the insolvency process.
