This is the start of what will be a robust campaign by Ambassador Bolton to ensure Republicans maintain their majority in the 2018 midterm elections.

“The time is now to defend the progress Republicans are making in Congress,” said Ambassador Bolton. “This announcement marks the beginning of a larger initiative by the John Bolton PAC to maintain Republican majorities in the House and Senate and ensure that strong national-security policies are championed in Washington. These ten candidates have proven their foreign policy acumen and commitment to strong national security policies, which is why I wholly endorse their re-election to Congress.”

Ambassador Bolton on Martha McSally (AZ-2)
“In Congress, Martha McSally has proven her commitment to protecting our nation by securing our borders. She has worked to bring attention to visa overstays as a national security problem. She also understands the necessity of holding Iran and our adversaries accountable for dangerous behavior via sanctions. This is why I am endorsing her re-election to Congress.”

Ambassador Bolton on Mike Coffman (CO-6)
“Mike Coffman understands the importance of a strong national defense and he also fundamentally understands that Israel is our strongest ally in the Middle East. I support his re-election for Congress because I believe he will continue to advocate for a strong military to deter those wishing to do harm to America and our allies.”

Ambassador Bolton on Ron DeSantis (FL-6)
“Ron DeSantis, a Navy vet who served in Iraq, has been a leader on national security issues since joining Congress. He is deeply involved in efforts to combat foreign threats and to fully equip and train our military. I am endorsing his re-election to Congress because I believe his leadership is important in the pursuit of policies that are good for our nation’s security.”

Ambassador Bolton on Brian Mast (FL-18)
“Having served in combat operations in Afghanistan as a member of the Army, Brian Mast has firsthand experience with threats posed to our country and our allies. He has been outspoken on the necessity of U.S. leadership in the international community and is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the U.S. through the development of comprehensive national security strategies. That is why I am endorsing Brian for re-election to Congress.”

Ambassador Bolton on Carlos Curbelo (FL-26)

Because Carlos knows that peace is achieved through strength, I am confident that he will continue to a be a strong voice in Congress and will work tirelessly to strengthen America’s national security.”

Ambassador Bolton on Lee Zeldin (NY-1)
“In Congress, Lee Zeldin has been an outspoken leader on the need to defeat ISIS, secure our borders, and correct a deeply flawed Iran nuclear deal. His counterterrorism bill is further proof of his dedication to protecting America’s security at home and abroad. I am endorsing Lee’s re-election to Congress because I know he understands the grave threats posed to our nation from groups like ISIS and state-sponsors of terrorism such as Iran.”

Ambassador Bolton on Elise Stefanik (NY-21)
“Elise Stefanik has proven that she is dedicated to protecting our country and our allies against global threats. As part of the House Armed Services Committee, Elise chairs the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities, where she is responsible for overseeing counterterrorism programs and counter proliferation of WMDs. I’m confident Elise will continue working to address the threats that our nation faces, which is why I am endorsing Elise’s re-election to Congress.”

Ambassador Bolton on John Katko (NY-24)
“Since joining Congress, John Katko has been working diligently to protect America against insider threats, introducing legislation to enhance screenings of airport and aviation employees. John also chairs the Homeland Security Committee on Transportation Security and works hard to secure our aviation sector in the current high threat environment with new, innovative ideas. I am proud to endorse him for Congress.”

Ambassador Bolton on Will Hurd (TX-23)
“As a former CIA officer of almost a decade, Will Hurd understands the importance of strong national security. During his tenure on the Homeland Security Committee’s Task Force on Combatting Terrorist and Foreign Fighter Travel, and through introducing bills meant to close visa loopholes and strengthen screening measures, Will has proven his commitment to keeping America safe. I support his candidacy for re-election to Congress because I know he will continue to fight terrorism and strengthen American security.”

Ambassador Bolton on Mike Gallagher (WI-8)
“As a former Marine who served in Iraq, and with a Ph.D. in International Relations, Rep. Mike Gallagher is uniquely positioned to understand the severity of threats facing our nation and the importance of a strong national security. He knows what it takes to protect America, which is why I am endorsing his re-election campaign for Congress.”
