Changes to the List of Persons Entitled to Exercise Voting Rights Attached to Shares
Today, Acron (Moscow Exchange and LSE: AKRN) has been notified of changes to the list of persons indirectly exercising voting rights attached to the Company shares.
Subero Associates Inc. (British Virgin Islands), which controlled 87.65% of shares in Acron via its 100% subsidiary Terasta Enterprises Limited (Cyprus), reported that due to the liquidation procedure it lost the right to exercise voting rights attached to shares in Terasta Enterprises Limited.
Therefore, Terasta Enterprises Limited became the company exercising ultimate control over Acron with 87.65% stake (including indirectly controlled companies and quasi-treasury shares).
According to Acron Group, its ultimate controlling shareholder did not change as a result of these events.

Background Information
