In accordance with the decision of the Council of the joint stock company “Rietumu Banka”, hereinafter referred as the Bank, dated as of May 17, 2017 Natalija Ignatjeva was elected to the position of the Member of the Executive Board for 3 (three) years. On June 6, 2017 N.Ignatjeva`s election to the position of the member of the Executive Board was registered in the Commercial Register of the Register of Enterprises.
Natalija Ignatjeva is professional, long-time, competent and experienced Bank`s employee in the field of Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds Derived from Criminal Activity and Financing of Terrorism, hereinafter – AML. In year 2006 N.Ignatjeva get Expert level in AML/CFT and received AML certificate.
Since year 2007 N.Igntajeva holds position of the Head of the Internal Control Department, but on July 15, 2015 she was appointed to the position of the vice-president. Member of the Executive Board N.Ignatjeva do not own Bank’s shares with voting rights.
