(Nasdaq:EFII), the world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation, today reported that at the Company's annual meeting of stockholders held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at its headquarters in Fremont, California, stockholders voted to re-elect all of EFI's nominees to the Board of Directors.
Approximately 91% of outstanding shares entitled to vote were represented at the meeting.

- 98% in favor of the Company’s 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and
- 98% in favor of the ratification of appointment of the Deloitte & Touche LLP for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017.
