Riga, 2017-06-30 10:26 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Latvenergo AS has prepared and publishes an informative presentation about Latvenergo Group, providing current information about the organizational structure, corporate governance, strategy, operating segments and financial indicators of the Group.

2016 has been one of the most dynamic years for the Group – in April, Latvenergo AS successfully completed the green bond programme with the total nominal value of EUR 100 million and received the highest green bond assessment grade from Moody's in October. The Latvenergo Group strategy for 2017-2022 was developed and approved in October, whereas at the end of the year the Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS was elected, composed of five independent members. Successful operation of Latvenergo Group is proved by received awards, incl. Nasdaq Baltic award in the category “Best Investor Relations in the Baltics among Bond Issuers” in 2016.
