Teranga Gold to Attend 2017 Sprott Natural Resource Symposium in Vancouver


TORONTO, July 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teranga Gold Corporation ("Teranga" or the "Company") (TSX:TGZ) (ASX:TGZ) is pleased to announce that the Company will be participating in the 2017 Sprott Natural Resource Symposium taking place July 25 to 28, 2017 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver located at 900 W. Georgia Street, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

On Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. PT, Teranga executives, Richard Young, President and Chief Executive Officer, Paul Chawrun, Chief Operating Officer and David Mallo, Vice President, Exploration, will be hosting a 30-minute panel discussion moderated by Louis James, Senior Investment Strategist, of Casey Research. The theme of the session is “Building the Next Multi-asset, Mid-tier Gold Company in West Africa, One of the World’s Best Emerging Gold Frontiers”. 

During the panel discussion, Teranga’s management team will be discussing all areas of the business, including the Company’s flagship operating gold mine in Senegal, its Banfora gold development project in Burkina Faso, its West African exploration program across three countries, as well as its upcoming milestones and catalysts. This session will be held in the Waddington Room at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.  An updated investor presentation will be available on the Company website on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. ET which will also be distributed during the conference.

Additionally, Teranga will be at booth #33 in the Sprott Exhibit Hall located in the Pacific Ballroom where management will be available to answer questions.
