SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 29, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lever, the Talent Acquisition Suite for more than 1,300 leading companies around the world, announces a new native integration with Microsoft Office 365 that provides customers with a simpler and more streamlined recruiting experience. The new integration connects Lever with Exchange Online, providing transparency in scheduling as well as employee/candidate communication.

“With Lever’s new Office 365 integration, we can make more informed recruiting decisions since all communications between our employees and the candidate are automatically synced right in Lever,” said Irene Taylor, HR Manager at Outpost Games. “Interview scheduling is much easier and faster now that we can see when interviewers and conference rooms are available and book them directly in Lever, without having to jump back and forth between multiple systems.”

The real-time, two-way email sync between Lever and Office 365 offers the following to recruiters, interviewers and executives:

  • Robust Candidate Profiles. Users can make informed decisions on candidates quickly with Lever’s Candidate Profile. The Candidate Profile provides a single source of truth for all candidate interactions including jobs they’ve applied to in the past, interview feedback, notes, résumé, social links and emails between a company and the candidate.
  • Easy Book Scheduling. Eliminate the back and forth and schedule 1:1 interviews with one click by allowing candidates to book interviews based on your real-time availability and preferences.
  • Seamless Interview Scheduling. Schedule interviews straight from Lever, look up when interviewers and conference rooms are available and automatically send calendar invites to the right people.
  • Faster Approvals Over Email. Using Lever, those needing to approve requisitions, job postings and offers receive an email with all relevant details and are given the ability to approve by simply clicking a button directly in the email.
  • Synchronize Team Communication. Users can quickly contact hiring managers and others by sending @-mention notes in Lever, which fires off an email to the recipient. Replies are synced back into Lever, keeping everyone on the same page.
  • Boost Sourcing Response Rates. Lever’s Send For feature empowers users to email candidates from a busy executive or hiring manager, without having to ask them to complete the task. Candidate replies are sent to both the sender and Lever, keeping everyone updated as candidates progress through the pipeline.

Rob Howard, Director of Office Ecosystem, Microsoft Corp. said, “Organizations are focused on collaborative tools that make employees more productive. Lever benefits our mutual customers with its Microsoft Office 365 integration that will help recruiters hire faster and more efficiently.”

In addition to Office 365, Lever has recently built deep integrations with other popular productivity and communication platforms including Google’s G Suite, Slack and Okta.
