(Oslo, Norway, 15 September 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen (through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS) has today bought 155,259 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 17.9561 per share.
Following this transaction Simen Thorsen through Hortulan AS holds 14,471,888 shares, equalling 29.78% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
