VICE-PRESIDENT OF SOFTWARE AT IBM FRANCE, APPOINTED AS AN INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR OF NEOPOST

Paris, September 25, 2017

Neopost, a global leader in digital communications, shipping and mail solutions, announced today the co-opting of Nathalie Wright, Vice-President of Software at IBM France, to the Board of Directors, effective September 25, 2017.

Mrs Wright was co-opted to replace Mr Jean-Paul Villot, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Group from 1996 to 2007, who resigned his position as Director on July 28.

Nathalie Wright's mandate will extend through the remaining term of her predecessor and until the Annual General Meeting that will rule on the financial statements of the financial year ending  January 31, 2019.

  • Virginie Fauvel, independent director;

  • Richard Troksa, independent director;
  • Nathalie Wright, independent director.

Nathalie Wright (52, French)

Nathalie Wright began her career at Digital Equipment France before joining NewBridge Networks France. Ms. Wright was then Country Manager and Sales Director for France at MCI, then Easynet, then Vice President of Southern Europe in charge of the Commercial Strategy for France, Italy, Spain & the Middle East on behalf of AT&T. She then joined Microsoft in 2009 as Director of the Public Sector division and then General Manager of the Large Enterprise and Strategic Alliances division. Since 2017, Nathalie Wright is Vice President of Software at IBM France.
Nathalie Wright was awarded Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur in 2011 (French National Legion of Honor award) for her involvement in promoting diversity in companies.

CALENDAR

The press release announcing second-quarter 2017 sales and the interim 2017 financial statements will be published on September 26, 2017 after the market close.
