Oslo, October 2, 2017 - Solon Eiendom sold 23 homes with a total sales value of NOK 185 million during the third quarter of 2017 compared to 38 homes with a total sales value of NOK 230 million in the third quarter of 2016. YTD 2017 Solon Eiendom has sold 149 homes with a total sales value of NOK 1 277 million compared to 111 homes with a total sales value of NOK 652 million in the same period last year.
In Q3 2017, 46 homes were completed of which 45 were delivered to buyer.
The company had 305 units under construction at September 30, 2017.
