(Oslo, Norway, 2 October 2017) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Skøien AS) has today bought 10 587 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 18,5000.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 233 881 shares and through Dukat AS holds 2 976 453, equalling 23,0688% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
