In accordance with article 14, § 1 of the law of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of major holdings Schroders, plc has notified the FSMA and Umicore on 19 October 2017 that on 2 October 2017 it crossed the statutory threshold of 3%, holding less than 3% of Umicore's voting rights. Details of the current holdings as well as the split across the chain of control have not been disclosed.
